But like. Why did Sisko tell the wife that she was just like Space Allison Blake? Sisko was obviously smitten even though Space Allison Blake was obviously crazy, and like, the wife is sort of the erstwhile wife, shouldn’t she be all exploring the final frontier now with the spirit of REAL Allison Blake? It seems almost cruel of Sisko to be like, “actually, in your wildest dreams, you are exactly the same person, so i suuuuuure hope you’ve made peace with that.” Like. Even her reaction to that news was boring.

I enjoyed seeing Quark & Nog interact as a family in this episode. I liked the big Ferengi and the little Ferengi teaming up to hiss at the irritating Skreean kid. Of course, Quark & Nog were also acting reprehensibly, but that’s kind of a given, and I know them better than the Skreeans, so, I guess, Team Quark!
